I want to extend my deepest sympathy and prayers to David and family of Rhonda Richards. Rhonda was one of the kindest, caring people that I have ever known. It was my privilege to work with her at Longview ISD. Rhonda was extremely dedicated to staff and students serving as a school nurse on several campuses. Fellow staff members looked forward to the delicious snacks she prepared and shared.Through Rhonda’s caring and acts of kindness her colleagues saw the Light of Christ shine in her. While we are sad that Rhonda has graduated to Heaven, we look forward to be reunited with her. someday. May Our Heavenly Father give David and all the Richards an extra measure of his comfort and peace.

Good by to a kind friend and thoughtful nurse is painful. Having known Rhonda for 40 years I could fill many pages. Candy making will not be the same this year without her.

As a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, nurse, and active church member, she had a lasting impact on those around her. I came to know Rhonda through her mother, Martha Armstrong. Rhonda was a very caring person--always there with a kind word and many times with a delicious homemade treat as well . She will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched. My deepest sympathy to the entire family.
