##imported-begin##Name##imported-end##MY WIFE ELSIE AND I WERE COLLEGE STUDENTS WITH CURTIS AND HELEN. MY WIFE ELSIE PASSED AWAY IN 2001. WE WERE GOOD FRIENDS HOWEVER MY BROTHER JERRY DUNN WAS A VERY CLOSE FRIEND. "A GREAT CHRISTIAN"##imported-begin##DOUGLAS DUNN##imported-end##
I was blessed to have had Pastor Jennings and Helen in my life as a young mother with three children who knew and loved him too. We attended First Covenant Church in Bremerton for many years, where he pastored before moving to TX. I always told him and Helen that when I was a Grandmother, my Grandchildren were going to call me "Mamo", and Jim, "PaPa". I loved hearing Aaron call them that when they came over from Seattle to visit. Well, I am "Mamo", and Jim is "PaPa". Rest in peace together dear ones. I will see you again. I have fond memories of Rev. Jennings from the days when Jeanie and I were friends and growing up in Abilene. He was always patient and kind even when we were being silly teenagers. I will always remember him as being a very kind man.##imported-begin##Karen Murtha Spaar##imported-end##
Curtis was a wonderful man of God, faithful to the end. We are grateful to have known him and to have shared ministry. We praise God for his family as well. May his zeal and joy of life continue through them and us! Peace to his memory!

Along with being my pastor, Rev Jennings was a 'father' figure for me. I could always talk to him about anything that was on my mind and he was able to help me work out my situation. I know he is working on his "hole in one" in heaven; the angels have a great golfer to show them how to do it.
Rest in peace in the arms of our Lord, my friend.##imported-begin##SUZANNE Bartuska##imported-end##

It was our joy to build a house for the Jennings some years ago. He was a brother beloved and a good friend. I appreciated his love for and service to our Lord that he did with enthusiasm and compassion. He will be missed but his legacy of love for Christ and commitment to Him lives on!##imported-begin##Birne & Lynella Wiley##imported-end##
Rev. Jennings served the Lord faithfully for many years in the best way possible - he loved the people. I had the honor of serving as his superintendent in Longview and really appreciated his heart for the Gospel. May God comfort and strengthen all his family.##imported-begin##Rev.
