My thoughts and prayers are with Rethea’s family & friends. We were friends for several yrs when she worked for Comissioner, Pct 2 and I worked for JP #2. Rethea was a sweet, kind & loving lady. She will be missed!
Rethea's classmates in Longview High School's Class of 1965 are deeply saddened to learn of her passing. I personally remember Rethea because she and I shared an interest in art and shared many of those classes together. She will most assuredly be missed and fondly remembered by many.
