Rebecca Beckie Penney's Obituary
Rebecca Beckie Ann Penney passed away on November 14, 2011 after a courageous battle. She was generous and loving person with a lively presence, boisterous sense of humor and a contagious laugh. Beckie will be deeply missed by many. She was born July 9, 1956 in Irving Tx. To Walter and Jewellene Barnett, and graduated from high school in Irving . In 1988 she met her true love and lifelong partner, Perry R. Penney. They have on daughter Lori Beth Penney, who was the center of her mothers?s life. Beckie loved shopping, cooking, and traveling. She was preceded in death by her mother Jewellene Barnett and her aunt Nelda Beck. She is survived by her husband Perry and daughter Lori Beth both of Henderson, father Walter Barnett of Irving, brother Les Barnett and wife Dee of Fort Worth, niece Gail Greene and husband Chris of San Antonio, and many family and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday November 18, 2011 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home at 2:00pm with Leyland Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Larry Davis, Louis Hall, Todd Davis, David Perry, Buddy York, and John Helgeson
Family Visitation will from 5:00pm ~ 6:30pm Thursday at the funeral home
