Raymundo Avila, 66, of Longview, Texas, passed away at East Texas Hospice Care following a long hard fought battle with prostate cancer, surrounded by his wife, Cirilda and daughter https://Karina.Your light dimmed November 25,2025.
His love for family,food,and soccer was truly special. He loved to share his stories with others and be a light to those that needed it in any way possible.
He is survived by his wife Cirilda Avila, Daughter Karina Jordan, Grandson Alexander Avila, Granddaughter Aleah Garcia, Grandson Ayden Jordan and Great Grand Daughter Eva Avila.
Though you are no longer here with us in the flesh your memory and legacy will live through the ones that cherished you the most. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who loved him.

Funeral services for Raymundo will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview on Tuesday, December 2 at 2 pm with the burial to follow at Rosewood Park.
