Ray W. Johnson's Obituary
Funeral services for Ray W. Johnson of Lake Cherokee will be held Thursday September 11, 2014 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Carter. Burial will follow in the Duncan Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson was born in Henderson to Marion & Lena Johnson, and died Monday September 8, 2014 in Longview. Ray served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a supervisor for Davis and Kemp Tool Company and Petco Davis Kemp Tool Company, and other fishing tool companies.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Edwin L. Johnson.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years Yvonne Johnson, daughter Keela Styers and husband Vic, two grandchildren Amber and Jeff Styers, brother Rev. Clyde Johnson, also surviving are 5 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5pm until 7pm Wednesday night at the funeral home.
