My dear friend Ralph, I only just now learned of your being gone, and I wanted to let you know how much I will miss you. All my memories of growing up in Longview center around all the fun you, me, and Gary Akins had, and what a good buddy you two always were to me. Though time and distance has separated us - and now this - you will always live on in my memory. I can still see your face and hear your voice, and I know that you are near. Hang in there, buddy. We'll all be together again before too long.
