Ralph Emerson Spencer's Obituary
Ralph Emerson Spencer, age 86 of White Oak, passed away peacefully at
his home with his loving family by his side July 9, 2012.
He was born December 30, 1925 in Camp County, Texas to John Clifford
Spencer and Jessie Lou Clark Spencer.
Ralph graduated from Leesburg High School and The University of North
Texas. He served his country in WWII in the US Maritime Services and
the US Marine Corp in the Korean War.
Ralph married Lou Ellen Allison in 1949 in Dallas, Texas. They have
three children: Dr. Clark A. Spencer, Michael A. Spencer, both of White
Oak, Texas and Suzanne Hill of Edmond, Oklahoma.
They have seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Clifford Spencer and
Jessie Lou Clark Spencer and two brothers, John Clifford Spencer Jr. and
Dave Calvert Spencer.
Visitation will be held at Radar Funeral Home in Longview, Texas
Thursday July 12 from 6-8:00 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday
July 13 at 1:00 pm at Pine Tree Church of Christ. Interment will follow
at Simpsonville Cemetery.
