Rajinder Kumar Chugh's Obituary
Services for Raj Chugh, 58, will be 10 AM Wednesday, May 25, 2005 in the chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Paresh Pathak officiating. Dr. Chugh passed away early Monday Morning at his home in Longview.
Rajinder Kumar Chugh was born in District Kamaliya Layalpur, Pakistan on November 2, 1946. Dr. Chugh received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology IIT in New Delhi. Following his studies in India, he moved to Winnipeg, Canada where he completed his Masters in Agricultural Engineering as well as another Masters and Doctorate of Philosophy in electrical engineering. Dr. Chugh and his family relocated to Florida and finally Longview, TX where they have been for the last 21 years. Dr. Chugh recently served as Chief Scientist for Vertex RSI, a division of General Dynamics.
An extremely loving father and husband, Dr. Chugh was known for his love of travel and family.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Neelam; and 2 daughters, Hema and Madhu.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Greater Hospice of Texas, 1905 W. Loop 281 space 81, Longview, Texas 75604.
