Graveside Services for Rachael Starnes, 86, of Longview will be held at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Handly, Texas with Reverend Herb Spady officiating. Mrs. Starnes passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2011 in Longview.
Mrs. Starnes was born on December 19, 1924 in Wills Point, Texas to Cameron and Daisye Starnes. She is survived by her nephew Cameron Spencer Starnes III of Spicewood, Texas, her niece Patricia Lehr of Dallas, Texas, Betty Carol Kay Starnes.
