Phyllis Diane Faulkner
Memorial services for Phyllis Diane Faulkner, 50, of Diana, will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, August 10, 2004 at Alpine Church of Christ with Jerry McCaghren officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. She passed away Saturday, August 7, 2004 at her residence.
Mrs. Faulkner was born May 16, 1954 in Pittsburg, TX., to W.O. ?Dub? and Barbara Allen and was a former resident of Avinger. She was employed as a secretary at Good Shepherd Medical Center, and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Horton.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband David Faulkner of Diana; daughter and son-in-law, Kristen and John Patterson of Longview; brothers, Norman Allen of Sanford, NC, Johnny Allen of Diana, and Jerry Allen of Nashville, TN; and father W.O. ?Dub? Allen of Avinger.
