Peggy Yvonne Hopson's Obituary
Graveside services for Mrs. Peggy Yvonne Hopson, age 74 of Port Neches will be held Wednesday January 7, 2009 at 2:00pm at Rusk County Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Henderson with the Rev. Joe Fauss officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of the Rader Funeral Home of Henderson.
Mrs. Hopson died Monday January 5, 2009 in Port Arthur's Southeast Texas Medical Center.
She was born November 29, 1934 in Corsicana, Texas, and had lived in the Port Neches area since 1957. She was a homemaker and a member of the Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Arthur S. & Nonia Jones, sister Lillian Yates, and brother Curtis Jones.
She is survived by her husband Billy M. Hopson of Port Neches, whom she married August 29, 1957, son Mark A. Hopson of Port Neches, brother Artie Jones & wife Dean of Price, sister-in-law Margaret Jones of Henderson, numerous nieces & nephews.
The family will meet friends from 12noon -1:30pm Wednesday.
