Graveside services for Mrs. Langdon ?Miss Pauline, 77, of Longview will be held at Ten O?clock a.m. Friday July 11, 2003 at Rosewood Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Langdon passed away July 8, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Langdon was born May 26, 1926 to Frederick and Florence Creech in Columbus, Ohio. She lived in Ohio for 50 years before moving to Longview in 1976. She graduated from Sandusky High School. She graduated from St. Joseph?s School of Nursing, in Loraine, Ohio; she had a nursing career of 37 years before retiring. She then chose to work for the S.T.E.P. Program of Texas, at Sabine Valley MHMR-Supportive Housing Program for the remainder of her years. In her earlier years she was very active with her family in showing horses and dogs, and was a past member of the Longview Kennel Club.
Those left to cherish her memory, include her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Linda Reising, her daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Edwin Kelley, Sr. all of Longview, Texas.
She had 7 grandchildren, Kevin Rogers and wife Kathy of Parma Hts, Ohio; William Reising and wife Shannon of Washington, D.C.; Rick Davis and wife Jennifer of Diana, TX., Michelle and Tray Bussey of Harrah, Ok.; Edwin Kelley and wife Della of Longview, TX.; Allen Todd Kelley of Longview, TX.; Molly Turner and husband Kevin of Hallsville, TX.;
She had 11 great-grandchildren, Alexandra and Annalissa Rogers, Skyelar Reising , Haley and Leah Davis, Taylor and Jackson Bussey, Jeffrey and Dustin Bias, Breanna and Johnny Kelley.
She had a sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Don Gerringer, one niece, Sandra Sue Adams, three nephews, Donnie, Butch and Lewis Gerringer, and several special friends that will miss her dearly.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 7 until 8 pm.
