Paula Lasyone Zummo's Obituary
Visitation for Paula Lasyone Zummo, 51, of Longview, formerly of Hawaii, will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 from 1-4 PM at Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Zummo passed away Thursday morning in a local hospital.
Paula was born on October 27, 1964 in Longview, Texas to Bobby and Betty Lasyone. She has lived in Hawaii for the last 19 years and loved finding and collecting sea shells. Paula loved participating in Hula dancing and loved spending time with her family and friends. She spent many years in the medical field in nursing. One of her favorite ways to show her love was shopping for and sending care packages to her friends and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 15 years, Joseph Zummo; her sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda and Evan Spicer, Sharon and Richard Furlow, and Susan and Jody Slaughter; her nieces and nephews, Michael Bowdoin, Kelsey Bowdoin, Adam Carr, Christopher Carr, Samuel Slaughter, and Simon Slaughter; sisters-in-law Christine Prinzavalli, Rita Robinson, and Kathleen Lee; and her brothers-in-law Leo Mulligan and Jerry Mulligan; aunt Martha Chavis; and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
