Paula Mansinger's Obituary
Graveside services for Mrs. Paula Mansinger, 81, of Henderson will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2024 at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be at Zion Hill Baptist Church starting at 1 p.m.
Mrs. Mansinger passed away on April 24, 2024 in Henderson. She was born in Henderson, TX on June 27, 1942 to the late E.E. (Dick) and Katherine Hartt Cates. She was a devoted wife and mother. Mrs. Mansinger was an enrolled agent with the IRS, as well as a body recall instructor and high school science teacher. She was a member of Smyrna Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. Mansinger was preceded in death by her parents, E.E. (Dick) and Katherine Cates and her brother, Dan Cates.
She is survived by her husband David Mansinger of Henderson, daughters Lena Simmons (Jimmy), Laura Mansinger and Lanice Alexander (Darrell), sons James Mansinger (Emily) and Duff Mansinger all of Henderson. She is also survived by her sister Peggy Chapman (Odis) and sister-in-law Annabelle Cates. Her grandchildren Jeremy Simmons (Jessica), Josh Simmons (Joan), Kolby Mansinger, Hannah Mansinger, Leslee Mansinger, Jodie Alexander and Anna Kate Mansinger, as well as 5 great grandchildren.
The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at the Brookdale Senior Living in Henderson and Three Oaks Hospice for their loving care of my wife and our mother.
