On Sunday, Jan. 14,2018 I lost one of my very best friends and "adopted mama". Ms. Paula was such an inspiration to be with because she was so smart, vivacious, classy and beautiful, that she kept us on our toes to keep up with her. She never complained and was always more interested in those around her. She came along in my life when I was going thru the difficult loss of my mother and needed a friend. Not only did she become a very special friend, she took me under her wing and treated me like family. I couldn't always be with her as much as I would like, but being the true friend she was, she understood. Faron became my virtual brother and kept me in the loop during his mother's illness and for that, I will always be grateful. I know how difficult it is to lose a "mama" and my heart is still aching for your loss, Faron. It will be a long journey of sorrow but your mother loved you more than anything in this world and she would tell you,"it's alright now". I'm so sorry that I couldn't be there for you and Brant to tell your "mama" goodbye but always know that I truly loved her with all my heart and will always remember her with the fondest memories. Through the laughter and tears that we shared, she will always be my adopted 'mama". Thank you Faron for sharing her with me and Mike. We love you all. And to Ms. Paula I would say "thanks for the memories".
