I knew Paul well infact he was the only close friend I have. My three children loved him also and he them. I was away on business when I found out he had passed I hope he knew we loved him despite any faults as we all have. I have many great memories and even a few funny pictures which our family will hold dear and gladly share.##imported-begin##Blake and Linola Miller##imported-end##
We are so sorry to hear about Paul. We were just getting to know him and we thought he was such an amazing, strong, and uplifting young man. He was telling us how much he loved his family and would brag about what an outstanding doctor his father was and how he felt like his mother was his best friend. We have been trying to reach him since 1-17-2011 and only by accident did we find out of this very sad news. We pray for peace and comfort for the family.

Steve, Jan and the Beck Family....
Having returned from a trip I learned of Paul's unexpected passing. There are no words to express the sorrow the family feels for the premature passing of a son or sibling. I pray that you will find strength in each other and from your deeply concerned friends during these most difficult times. Paul was plagued with a disease that at times stripped him of his dignity. In spite of this adversity, I see a young man who wanted to rise above this impediment and forge a good life filled with happiness. I am sure memories of Paul will live on. May the love and support of this community lift the heaviness that you feel in your hearts and sadness that locks you in.

To the Family of Paul Saender Beck,
My purpose in writing you is to leave you with a word of comfort in such a sorrowful time such as this. The Bible talks of a time when your lost loved one will have the hope of being resurrected. In the Bible, at John 5:28-29 it says `All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice Jesus Christ, and come out...'
It can be very difficult for others to understand exactly how you feel in such a time of grief, and sometimes it will feel that things will never be the same. There is a brochure entitled â??When Someone You Love Diesâ? which you will find very comforting. This brochure was never intended to make the pain go away; however, I personally believe that it can help to give you hope and understanding. The 5 sections in the brochure cover the following topics:
1. â??It Canâ??t Be True!â?
2. Is It Normal to Feel This Way?
3. How Can I Live With My Grief?
4. How Can Others Help?
5. A Sure Hope for the Dead
Not only does it show the Bible's view of the condition of our lost loved ones and the hope of the resurrection, but it addresses the feelings that you're going through and also what you can do to help others who have lost a loved one.
The next time you see any one of Jehovahâ??s Witnesses, ask him/her for a free copy of this brochure, which will be enthusiastically given to you. Again, we are sorry to hear of you loss and do hope you will find comfort in these few word.
