Patsy Sue Cabbiness' Obituary
Services for Patsy Sue Cabbiness, 79, of Longview will be 12 Noon Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Reverend David Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Patsy passed away on Saturday, February 7th, 2009 at her home.
She was born on March 16, 1929, in Longview, Texas to Josephine and Ralph Cabbiness. Patsy was a very generous and loving woman who loved her family with all of her heart and dedicated her life to making her family members and others happy. She was a member of First Christian Church in Longview. Patsy graduated from Longview High School in 1945. She was retired from Southwestern Bell after 43 years.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Gaynelle Fitzgerald, Jonnie Sundby, and Margie Snider; brothers, Ralph Herman Jr. and Billy Joe Cabbiness; and one nephew, Milton Cabbiness, Jr.
Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, Milton "Hink" Cabbiness; her nephews, Billy Ray Cabbiness, Bruce Cabbiness, Bennie Ralph Cabbiness, Brian Sundby, Stephen Sundby, Freddy Ray Fitzgerald, and Jason Snider; her nieces, Marla Cabbiness, Gaylynne Thomas, Pam Meacham, Debbie Horridge, Terri Simpson, and Brenda McKinney; many sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, and many great nieces and nephews. Patsy was truly an outstanding woman who we all strive to be like. She will be greatly missed.
