Patsy Reynolds' Obituary
Funeral services for Patsy Grace Reynolds, 91, of Henderson, will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at 10:00 am in the chapel at Rader Funeral Home with Jared Reynolds and Kalon Reynolds officiating. Interment will follow at Bridges Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Patsy passed away peacefully at Henderson Health & Rehab on Friday, March 21, 2025. She was born May 13, 1933 in the Chapman Community to Elmer Ward and Nora Maud Waldrop Wylie. She was the youngest of nine children and was a lifelong resident of Rusk County. She was a member of the Henderson Memorial Hospital Auxiliary for 32 years and a trustee of Bridges Cemetery for several years. Patsy spent many years serving others, visiting those she “worried” about, quilting, and collecting plates from all around.
She was preceded in death by husband, Travis; her parents, five brothers, Douglas, Ray, John R., A.W., and J.B. Wylie; three sisters, Gladys Berry, Opal Mitchell, and Rozelle Cain; and two great-grandchildren: Emily Grace and Zachary Reynolds.
Survivors include sons Elmer and wife Anita, Delmer, and Taylor and wife Karen; grandchildren Chris Reynolds and wife Heather, Heather Johnson and husband Wes, Carly Allred, Jeremy Nicholas, Jared Reynolds and wife Andrea, Kalon Reynolds and wife Jennifer, Taryn Cabrera and husband Dr. Daniel Cabrera, and Kelsi Anderson and husband Kaleb. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other family, and many friends.
Pallbearers will be Chris Reynolds, Jared Reynolds, Kalon Reynolds, Daniel Cabrera, Kaleb Anderson, Riley Reynolds. Honorary pallbearers are Gayle and Stanley Berry.
The family would also like to extend their gratitude and thankfulness to Jill Bassett, the staff of Angel Care Hospice, and the staff at Henderson Health & Rehab.
