Patsy Jo Morgan's Obituary
Patsy Jo Morgan, 94, of Longview, Texas, passed away October 9, 2024, with her family by her side. Patsy was born on February 23,1930, to Robert and Lorraine Brack, in Gilmer, Texas. After graduating high school, she attended beauty school and worked for a short time in Gilmer as a beautician.
She met the love of her life, Leonard Morgan, when she was 16 years old. They married on May 12, 1951. They were married for 33 years when Leonard passed away. They shared a wonderful life together and were blessed with five children which included, Lennie, Linda, Ricky, Terry, and Robby.
Patsy worked many years for Gibson’s Discount Center. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to fish, work in her yard, and watch her grandchildren participate in many different sports.
Patsy was predeceased in death by her parents, Robert and Lorraine Brack, her brother and sister in law, James and Gloria Brack, niece, Sherry Sessions, and son in law, Frankie Dunagan. She is survived by her children, Lennie Richardson (Steve), Linda Ray (Scott), Ricky Morgan (Patty), Terry Crews (James), Robby Morgan (Catherine ), grandchildren, Frankie Dunagan (Tricia), Joey Dunagan (Emily), Kristi Branch (Scott), Tara McNeel (Ronnie ), Ginger Helpenstill (Clint), Stephanie McNeel (Nick), Brandon Morgan, Stacy Smith (Adam), Kayla Schaefer(Mark), Jamie Salinas, James Crews, Morgan Crews (Erica), Ashley Cox (Ryan), Matthew Morgan, Michael Morgan (Emily), Mason Morgan, and many, many great grandchildren.
Services will be held at Gum Springs Cemetery, Longview, Texas, on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Visitation will be from 5-7 pm Monday evening at Rader Funeral Home in Longview, Texas.
