Funeral services for Patsy Howell, 73, of Longview will be held at Noon Tuesday, May 19, 2009 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Bro. Randy Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Monday, May 18, 2009 at the funeral home. Mrs. Howell was born on February 10, 1936 in Frankston to James Robert and Annie Belle Hollingsworth. She attended and was a graduate of Frankston Schools. She worked as a Teachers Aide for LISD. She was also a member of the First Assembly of God in Longview. Mrs. Howell enjoyed many things in life, but enjoyed nothing more than watching her grandchildren play ball and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, loving husband of almost 56 years, Jack Howell; sisters, Camilla Posey, Judy Hartzog; and brother, Arlis Hollingsworth. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Kenneth and Elizabeth Howell of Temple, Reagan and Terry Howell of Longview, Gary and Sarah Howell of Houston, and Jan and Jonathan Frost of Gilmer; grandchildren, Stefanie Howell, Dennis Howell, David Howell, Mark Howell, Cody Howell, Justin Frost, Lakyn Frost, Wade Frost, Meagan Howell, Erin Howell; six great grandchildren; sisters, Maggie Downs of Longview, Cassie Kiker of Silsbee; and brother, Roy Hollingsworth of Longview.
