Patsy G. Dixon's Obituary
Patsy G Dixon was born December 6, 1940 in Tennessee to Fate and Gladys Bone. Patsy was their middle child. She spent her working career in the shipping department of Stemco and retired in 2007 to care for family. She was an extremely hard worker and loved her family very much.
She was known to most everyone as “Mamaw”. Mamaw never met a stranger. She had an ability to carry on a conversation with anyone she was around and enjoyed getting up early on Sunday morning to attend Church.
God called Patsy home on December 5, 2020 to be reunited in heaven with her parents, her brother Robert, and sister Elaine. She will be greatly missed by her daughter Sandra Holloway and Sandra’s husband Kenny Holloway of Longview, her granddaughters Jennifer Lewis, Courtney Lewis, and Heather Holloway Gee and James Gee (Heather’s husband) Her great grandchildren include her “buddy” Alex Lara, Sebastian, Sydnee, Sophie, Trinity, Cole, and Sierra.
She enjoyed watching football and basketball on TV. She especially loved going to see her “buddy” play every sport he participated in.
Visitation for Patsy will be Saturday December 12, 2020 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Radar Funeral home.
