Patricia Ann Adams Carley's Obituary
It is with our deepest sorrow that we have to say goodbye to Patricia Ann Adams Carley, beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great-grandmother. She went to be with God at the age of 77 on May 7, 2023. On November 26, 1946, Leo Adams and Opal Evans brought her into this world in New Diana, Texas where she spent most of her life. She married the love of her life Johnnie in November of 1974 and was blessed to spend 45 loving years together. Her family was most important to her. She tried to live by protecting them everyday and preparing for their future. She was an active member of the Foster Care System of Longview, her savior, and her church, Valley View Baptist. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Johnnie Carley. She is survived by her daughters; Pam Warner and husband Charles, Twila Thurston and husband Ricky; grandson Johnnie Thurston; granddaughters Meghan Warner, Miranda Warner and Fiancé Taylor, and Mallory Jones; as well as great grandson, Johnnie Davis; two sisters Shirley and Jannelle; many nieces, nephews and cherished friends that were all very loved. We want to thank Three Oaks Hospice for their loving care in our time of need!
Services will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home at 10 am, Saturday, May 11, 2024. A visitation will begin at 9 am prior to the service. Burial will follow at Rosewood Park. The family will have a luncheon at Valley View Baptist Church following the committal at cemetery.
