Graveside services for Patricia Ann Pitts, 62, of Longview will be held at Eleven O?clock am Monday March 22, 2004 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens with Revs. James Renfro, Jr. and Odell Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Miss Pitts passed away March 20, 2004 at her residence.
She was born March 19, 1942 in Lufkin, Texas to Paul and Rosie Pitts who precede her in death. She had lived in Longview since 1953 and was a member of the Longview United Pentecostal Church. She was very artistic; she wrote poetry, loved Gospel Music and people and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by one sister and special brother-in-law, Rosie Virginia Pitts Ramsey and husband Johnny of Longview; one brother and sister-in-law, Vernon Paul Pitts and wife Dena of Hughes Springs; two nieces, Cassie Ramsey Wright and husband, Joe, Paula Jean Pitts Goss and husband Adrian, two nephews, John Paul Ramsey, and Gary Lynn Ramsey, five great nieces and nephews, Christina McCarley, Brian Hayes, James Ramsey, J. D. Ramsey, Joseph Ramsey, three great-great nieces and nephew, Meghan, Emily and Clayton.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday March 22, 2004 from 4 pm until 6 pm
