Patricia Green "Pat" Clark
LONGVIEW — A memorial service for Patricia Green "Pat" Clark, 63, will be 12 noon, Monday, April 30, 2012, at the chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Longview with the Rev. Othell Laferny officiating. Ms. Clark passed away on Wednesday, April 25, at a local hospital. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Pat Clark was born on August 8, 1948, in Upshur County to Andrew and Thelma Rodgers Green. She was a cosmetologist by trade, but due to health issues, had been unable to work in her profession the past few years. Pat enjoyed taking care of her family, friends, and pets. She will be lovingly remembered for her gift of talking. She cared deeply about the people in her life and preferred doing things for others rather than herself.
Pat was preceded in death by her parents, an infant twin brother, Patrick Green, a sister, Ahlene Pool, and infant daughter Tonya. She is survived by a brother, William Joe Green, of Gilmer, a son, Joseph Clark, of Longview, and grandsons, Jared Clark and Dylan Clark, also of Longview. Other survivors include niece Ramona Elkins, nephew Andy Green, great niece, Ashley Elkins, great nephews, Jonathan Elkins, Sammy Catron, Logan Elkins, and Caleb Elkins. She also leaves behind her best friend, Rose, her dog, Little Bit, and cat, Miss Kitty.
A private family burial will be at White Cemetery in Longview, Texas.
