Ola Mae Kennedy's Obituary
Services for Ola Mae Kennedy, 95 years old of Longview, TX will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the Longview Missionary Baptist Church where she is a member. Rev. Tony Harp and Rev. Nathan Rogers will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery in Cass County. Arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Longview.
The family will greet friends 6-8 pm Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Ola Mae Kennedy went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 11, 2014.
She was born August 12, 1918 in Morris County to Walter and Arrie Cox, and had lived in Longview since 1967.
Mrs. Kennedy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Rev. O. L. Kennedy and son Robert Earl Kennedy and her mother and father and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her son Jerry Kennedy and wife Deborah, and daughter-in-law Earlene Kennedy, seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren, a sister Helen Moore of Kilgore and several nieces and nephews
