Also, numerous grand and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, and many loving friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband “Frosty”, her sons Ray Lee and Barry Lynn Rager.
Offa was a loving Christian woman who loved her family, nature, animals, art, dancing and living life to the fullest. She was an oil painter who was known for creating amazing pieces of art on saw blades and canvas.
Offa never met a stranger. She always had a smile on her beautiful face. She was ready and willing to help anyone. Offa was a loving, caring and nurturing mother who always brought out the good and strengths in her boys. She raised them to fear God and respect all people, to cherish their wives and take up for those who can’t defend themselves.
