Norma Louise Rose's Obituary
Norma Louise Rose, 92, of Longview passed away Saturday morning December 31, 2011 in Longview. Mrs. Rose was born on June 24, 1919 in Monroe Louisiana to Elmer W. Seeders and Janette Ates. Mrs. Rose worked as an accountant with Joe Mucher for 18 years and taught the bible in Sunday school at the churches she attended for over 60 years and was a member of the Winterfield United Methodist Church in Longview.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and her first husband, Robert C. Leonard. Norma Rose is survived by her husband of 52 years Kent Rose; special cousins James and Nancy Lawrence of Shreveport Louisiana, Dru and Mike Cochran of Grapeland, Texas; and special friends, Sandra McGregor and the Discovery class. The family would like to thank the staff at Summer Meadows and Heartsway Hospice for there care.
Private graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Bossier City, Louisiana. A celebration of life service will be held at Winterfield United Methodist Church in Longview at a later date.
