Noemi Cortez Travis' Obituary
A visitation for Noemi Cortez Travis, 79, of Longview will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 PM at Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Travis passed away Tuesday morning in a local hospital.
Noemi was born on June 16, 1934 in Laredo, Texas to Juan and Aurora Cortez. She has been in the East Texas area since 1981 and worked for almost 30 years at Pinecrest Country Club. She had many wonderful friends and loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Erik. She will be missed by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Robert Green.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Dixie and Brad Wilson; her son Jerry Travis; her grandson, Erik Duggins; her sister Betty Aldridge; and numerous nieces and nephews.
