Nina Sue Gross' Obituary
Nina "Sue" Gross, 71, a sixth-generation Longview resident, passed away April 16, 2012 at Good Shepherd Medical Center, Longview.
Sue was born August 24, 1940 to John and Frances Henderson. She graduated from Judson High School.
Sue was a faithful member of Mobberly Baptist Church and cherished friendships formed in the Yeates Sunday School class. Sue loved to travel and enjoyed collecting antiques.
Sue is survived by her loving husband of 44 years Bill Gross of Longview, sons Noel Gross and George Tracy and Sandra Allbright; stepson Kelly and Christine Gross; stepdaughter Debra Graham; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and sister, Julia and Willard Hebbe of Pflugerville.
Sue is preceded in passing by her parents and son, Mark who passed away 2009.
Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 19 at Rader Funeral Home, Longview. A celebration of her life and faith will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 20 at Rader. Family will gather for a private burial at Alpine Presbyterian Cemetery, Longview. Donations may be made to Hiway 80 Rescue Mission in her honor.
