Norma Rudametkin
I am the niece of Nicholas Urazoff, by his sister Nina Rudametkin-Wood. I had the privilege of being Uncle Nick & Aunt Carol's flower girl in 1954, I was 3 years old. I LOVED that purple dress, with my little hat, white gloves and carrying the flower basket with that huge handle. What I remember most was "I was in love with the ring bearer." He was my 3rd cousin, Bobby Kaline and did I have eyes for him!~ What a most excellent memory, and beautiful wedding. I grew up near the family in East Los Angeles, they in Pico Rivera. We had so many family times, dinners, desserts, all together with the Urazoff family. They included me in many outings and I went on vacations with them as I was their 'family baby-sitter!' Johnny was just a baby, but we had such good times. Uncle Nick was so good on his violin, and I too played for 8 years. I do recall playing together at some holiday dinners. And time passes - so many responsibilities, and marriage and children took time to cultivate. However, I will never forget his sweet spirit, and that's because of his transformation when he came to Jesus. And I'm so grateful for his life & the memories will live with me. YA lyublyu vas - y Te Amo Tio, Norma Rudametkin
