Funeral services for Neva Reeder Temple, 84, of Longview will be held at Ten O?clock AM Friday April 25, 2003 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Road with Reverend Emmitt Barrow officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Temple passed away Tuesday April 22, 2003 in Longview.
She was born July 23, 1918 in Haynesville, Louisiana to Clinton and Lena Reeder. She had lived in Longview since 1957 moving here from Minden, Louisiana. She was a retired clerk having worked for several retail stores such as Gibson?s Discount Store and Western Auto. She was a member of the Greggton United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Anne Newman of Longview; two sisters, Mildred Brawner of Longview; Marjorie Campbell of Spring Hill, Louisiana; two brothers, Ferrell Reeder of Homer, Louisiana; Ray Reeder of Haynesville, Louisiana and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband George Temple in 1974.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday April 24, 2003 from 6 pm until 7 pm.
