Nellie Rose Wright Dennis
Graveside services for Nellie Rose Wright Dennis, 78, of Longview will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 26, 2012 at Rosewood Park with Pastor Rusty Brady of Cross Family Church officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Nell was born September 2, 1934 in Kansas City, Kansas, to Walter Sr. and Luella Wright. On the morning of October 20, 2012 in the comfort of her home surrounded by family, she left her earthly vessel to go to her heavenly home.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Ray Dennis, her father, Walter Wright, Sr. and brothers Walter Wright, Jr, Gayland Wright and David Wright.
She is survived by her 101 year old mother, Mrs. Luella Wright, her only surviving sibling and sister, Darleen Burch and special sister-in-laws, Sherri Wright and Anita Dennis.
Also left to cherish her memory are her four children and their spouses; Gary and Chris Gillette, Jr., Tammy and Glenn Hodge, David and Betty Janzen and Dee and Gary Brown; Twelve Grandchildren and their spouses: Sam, Adam, and T.J. Taylor James Gillette, Glenn and Terri Lynn Hodge, Jr., Brandy and Lance Musgrove, Misty and Dallas Orms, Jay and Janna Lee Janzen, Beverly and Tim Ward, Jake and Megan Brown, Annie and Ryan Landry and Katie Brown; and Fifteen Great Grandchildren: Brysun Gillette, Journey Gillette, Autumn Orms, Ryan and Kelsey Hodge, Garrison, Aiden, and Kyley Musgrove, Bradley Jay, Kaylea and Jacey Ward, Macy and Marin Brown and Molly and Leah Landry.
She also had many cherished nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and friends that were like family, who were dear to her heart and enriched her life. Nell was a very special person to everyone in her life. We know she is happily rejoicing with our Lord, along side loved ones and friends.
She passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012 in Longview.
