Nellie Bell is what most of Pine Tree called her. She was a mother, a friend, a teacher and mentor to sooooooo many. She worked in the cafeteria at Pine Tree for many years giving a little extra to the kids that needed it. She was always a bright ray of sunshine everywhere she went. She will be missed. Praying for the family and all the hearts that are broken 💔 by her passing. We will see you again. Heaven is brighter now that you are there. I love you forever♥️😢
You may not remember me. I attended Hurst Christian Church, in Hurst, Tx. I am Alisa, the youngest child of Wilbert and Evelyne Busch. I have fond memories of your family. I remember playing with and being friends with Jeri Lynn. I have lived in Longview since 1994. The obituary in today’s paper is a beautiful tribute. For over forty years, Mrs. Brice has
been a woman who spread joy and laughter wherever she went. She had a great sense of humor. The times I have spent in her presence will remain precious memories. May God extend his precious grace to all generations of this family in the coming days.
Mrs. Brice was a precious lady! I’ve been sitting here thinking over so many memories of talking with her, swimming at her house and about the heart and shamrock pins that she made me when I first started teaching. I still have them! She will be missed by so many! Love to the Brice family!
My childhood was brightened by Nellie. Taking me into her home many times and under her wing, she was like my second mother. She was sunshine in the rain, filling my time there with laughter and memories. Thankful for my sweetest friend Jeri Lynn for sharing her sweet momma with me growing up.
