Nancy Van Eimeren, 82, of Longview passed away surrounded by her loving family at her home the afternoon of Wednesday, May 13, 2020. A private funeral service will be held for family and close friends with her grandson, Pastor Geo Read Obituary
Sorry as neighbors we could not attend, but we watched the online service. Such beautiful memories for her dear family. We know these will stay in your hearts as you each remember your dear mother, grandmother, and close friends. I remember our waves to one another on the way to our mailboxes or working in our yards. Nancy told me she loved having our angels and manger scene we displayed each year that she could look at all through Christmas from her windows and front door. She just loved it! I remember seeing her start on her walks to the park early mornings for years. She and Jerry will be missed as our neighbors on Deer Park Ct. Remembering my dear sister-in-law Nancy...so many wonderful memories.
Many of the memories came from our travels together.
Nancy loved looking at trees, and botanical gardens with beautiful plants and flowers.
Nancy loved the water. I remember being in Cancun where we rode the waves, (not with a surf board) wondering why no one else was in the water when we observed a red flag with a sign saying “swim at your own risk.”
We walked the beaches looking for shells, also one of her favorite things to do.
Thank you Nancy for all of the wonderful memories. May you rest in peace.

I have such nice memories of both Jerry and Nancy We met in an exercise class and had so much enjoyment visiting and laughing. So happy our paths crossed and I have these memories. I was always so excited to see her and will miss her very much. Thankful for her friendship

I loved taking hikes with Aunt Nancy and Uncle Jerry. They were the best aunt and uncle anyone could ask for.
Nancy was my regular customer at Albertsons who quickly became my friend. We had many sweet visits in the grocery store, which I will always remember. She was always very kind hearted and would bring a smile to my face. Cindy and Teresa, up until now, I didn't realize that she was your mom, but my, what a resemblance!

Memories, gifts of God That death can not destroy. We say to the family remember the good times that you shared with Nancy. Nancy was our next door neighbor and friend for 30 years. My first memory of Aunt Nancy was coming to Texas for a wedding. Many stories I could share about that trip meeting our Texas family. Our thoughts and prayers are with Nancy and the rest of the family. Love Kevin, Celeste, and the boys (aka chaos).
We have good memories of Nancy from when she worked at Charles Roach’s office. She was always so kind and concerned about her customers. We both worked worked at the claims office back in the 90’s, and we talked with her often. Our deepest sympathy to all her family.
