Nancy Henry Phillips' Obituary
Nancy Henry Phillips was born in Longview Texas on November 17, 1949 to Ralph Lee Henry Sr and Mildred Moore Henry. She was an alumni of Longview High School and a loving Mother and Mamaw.
She was a homemaker who loved theater, music, singing and spending time with her family. She was a prayer warrior and confidant to many. She was very grounded in her faith and loved the Lord with her whole being. She knew no strangers and loved to share her faith with all around her.
She left this earth for her Heavenly home on April 12, 2022, unexpectedly after a brief illness and walked into the arms of her Lord and Savior and was reunited with her beloved Husband Rich (Pops) Phillips and Son, Jonathan Brown.
Also preceding her in death were her Mother and father Ralph Lee and Mildred Henry, Brother Ralph Lee Henry Jr, Papaw and Mamaw Harold and Ira Annie Moore, Grandmother and Granddad Eli and Evalou Henry and nephew Kyle Bennett.
Left to cherish her memory are sons Jayme (Stephanie) Brown and Jesse Brown, daughter Johanna (Ray) Jurado, daughter-in-law Dawn Vanneste Brown (Jonathan), granddaughters Ira Roberts, Ava Roberts, Eden Brown, Lavada and Bailey Jurado and grandsons Micah Brown and James Jurado, great-granddaughters Anna, Amelia and Josephine Jurado and great-grandson Maveryck Jurado, sister Debby Bennett, Brother David Henry (Jane), nephews Mike Crawford (Donna), Scott Bennet (Jennifer), Hayden Henry, Jorden Henry, great-nephews Aaron Crawford, Jonathan Bennett and Kayden Bennett, niece Brittany Oliver (Ashley) and great-nieces Deanna Crawford and Annalise Bennett, dear friends she considered family Pam and Roger Kulig and family, Dennis Fields, Chris (Samantha) Wiley and family and Janice Kelding.
Services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday.
We glory in the promise and faith she instilled in all of us because we know that we will see her again someday. Her legacy of faith and love lives on in all who knew her.
