I enjoyed having Nancy as P.E. teacher/coach at Judson. She was very special and will be missed by many. Condolences to her family members. Robbie McLendon Norvell.
One of a kind, she was. She supported women's sports like no other especially in times when women weren't. The girls of WHS should honor what she did for girls sports and how she paved the way for future girls. RIP Mrs Mackey. Job well done and thank you!
Although I did not know her personally, as a friend of Gilmont I am thankful for all that she has done for Gilmont. I am praying for you all and send my condolences to Nancy's family and loved ones.
So thankful to have known Nancy Mackey. She was full of enthusiasm and love for her church, Camp Gilmont, and handbells. I really enjoyed the times we were able to ring in praise of God's Glory. Prayers and blessings to the family.
