Nancy Carol Grammer's Obituary
Nancy Carol Grammer was born in Tylertown, Mississippi on June 20, 1943. She entered Heaven’s gates on October 21, 2017 at her home in Richardson, Texas.
Nancy was the youngest of 14 children and her parents A. Paul and Mollie Brewer instilled in her an amazing love for family. She dedicated her life to her husband, children and grandchildren. She had a very kind heart and a passion for helping others and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Nancy leaves behind her four children, her sons, Chris Grammer and wife Elizabeth of Lewisville; Phillip Grammer of Richardson, Jeffery Grammer of Richardson and her daughter, Tina Grammer of Henderson: six grandchildren, Chris Grammer, Jr., Cole Schriver, Taylor Hickerson and her husband Logan, Nicholas Grammer, Alexis Grammer, Myia Grammer and Lola Grammer: one great grandchild Brynlie Hickerson.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Glen Eugene Grammer.
Pallbearers will be Chris Grammer, Jr., Cole Schriver, Nicholas Grammer, Logan Hickerson, Dillon Penn, and Darren Burns.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, October 27, 2017 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with the Reverend Sam Wheeler officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery in Henderson. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
