Nancy Neal Bryant's Obituary
Services for Nancy Neal Bryant will be at 1:00 pm on January 4,
2025 in the Chapel Rader Funeral Home at 1617 Judson Rd. The family will receive
friends from noon to 1 pm prior to the service at Rader Funeral Home. A family service will be at Woodlawn Cemetery north of Marshall, TX.
Nancy Neal Bryant passed away on Thursday, December 19, 2024 in Longview, Texas. She was born on January 25, 1934 in Marshall, TX and resided in the Woodlawn Community. Upon graduation from high school, she was employed with Abney and Baldwin Law Firm until her retirement in 1974.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, James S. and Bessie Bayliss Neal. She was also preceded by her sisters Alene Bond, Lennie Zerfing and Ella Faye Parrott; her brothers Thomas Neal, James “Jimmy” Neal, and Marion Neal and by her son, Mike Hortman. She is survived by her children Jayne Faulkner and husband Willie, Tammy Hortman, Allen Hortman and wife Sherry; adopted children Hulali Koa and Dallas Koa. She is survived by her grandchildren Bill Faulkner, Chris Faulkner, Leslie Saunders and Justin Schroeder, as well as, eleven great grandchildren.
