Dear Cousins,
You were so brave and so faithful in your mother's last days. She may not have been communicating, but she knew you were there and that you loved her.
The memorial service was very special, and the grandchildren so precious. Andrea's "message" was a beautiful and well-deserved tribute.
Our mother loved her baby sister, and we love all of you.

I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. Although I didn't know her myself, I think of her often. I know you'll understand this, but mostly I think of her every time I make a bundt cake, or when I beat those eggs in that pumpkin can. I have fond memories of us talking of her and laughing about that cake pan and those eggs, Barbara. It is those types of memories - the ones that make us smile - that I hope will help sustain you as you remember her.
