Monte Ray Robinson's Obituary
Monte Ray Robinson was born on October 15,1956 in Hallsville Texas he to the parents of John David Robinson and Doris Catherine Price. Monte Ray Robinson passed away from his life on January 28,2023 in Longview Texas at the age of 66. Monte was raised in Oil City, Louisiana and he graduated from North Caddo Highschool in Vivian Louisiana. Monte went on to work in the oil field for a few years then he went on to become an over the road, truck driver. Monte’s cb handle was Blue eyed Jack, he enjoyed being a cross country truck driver for over 43 years. This was certainly his passion to see the countryside and seeing all the beautiful country. Monte loved the outdoors and he loved working on cars and owning cars referred to as (Landboats). Monte always enjoyed the gathering every Sunday at his grandparents place whether it be Fried Chicken, Meatloaf or Pot Roast. Monte always enjoyed the family reunions on the weekend of the 4th of July at Black Lake.
Monte was proceeded in death by his Grandparents, parents, six uncles, one aunt, nephew Nicholas Patrick Figueredo. Monte is survived by his children Larry Christopher Robinson, Mandie Lynne Harris and husband Chris, his grandsons Nicholas Cole Harris and his wife Kristian, Corbin Ray Harris and his fiancé Tana, Logan Zane Harris, his great granddaughter Breckin Wren Harris. His brothers Donald Eric Figueredo and wife Kathy, Franklin Patrick Figueredo and wife Clara, his sisters Casandra Zuniga, Tammy Figueredo. His nieces Brandy Vasquez and husband Ramon, Yolanda Garcia and husband Martin, Candi McCracken and husband Ronald, Stacie Cox and husband Hunter, nephews Coty Torres, Daniel Zuniga and Patrick Figueredo. 8 Great nieces and 8 great nephews and numerous relatives and friends. Monte Ray Robinson was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
