Funeral services for Monette Hood, 64, of Longview will be held at Two O?clock pm Tuesday March 8, 2005 at the Little Flock Baptist Church with Brother Leon Veazey and Marion Coon officiating. Interment will follow in Lakewood Memorial Park in Henderson. Mrs. Hood passed away Saturday March 5, 2005 in Longview.
She was born August 8, 1940 in Talco, Texas to T. J. and Gladys Honeycutt and had lived in Longview since 1964. She was a member as well as Organist at Little Flock Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband Jerry of Longview; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Jo Hood of Longview; Theresa Jeffres of Hallsville; grandchildren, Leslie Miller, Jeff Stovall, Lucas Hood and Dusty Stovall, one brother, Truman James Honeycutt of Longview; several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Senior Adults Luncheon Program at Little Flock Baptist Church 14206 FM 968 W .Longview, Texas 75602
The Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Monday March 7, 2005 from 6pm until 8 pm.
