Mrs. Minnie Mae Palmer's Obituary
Minnie Morrow Palmer, 84, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, November 13, 2013 after a lengthy illness. Minnie was an active member of Summerfield Methodist Church for many years. She became a member when she was 8 years old. She was employed 31 years at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Minnie loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling in her younger years.
Minnie is survived by her husband of 57 years, Jimmie; daughters Debbie Palmer Sadler and Karen Palmer Seuser and her husband Kevin; daughter-in-law Jeannette Palmer; grandchildren, Kimberly Palmer Chapman, Bryan Palmer, Benjamin Seuser and Ashley Seuser.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Beulah Morrow; her son George R. Palmer; her brother James Morrow and her sister Ann Morrow Doss.
The family would like to thank Buckner Assisted Living for their loving care of Minnie. The family would also like to thank Kevin Crutchfield for his support, devotion, and loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Summerfield Cemetery Fund.
Services for Minnie Palmer will be held at 2 PM Friday, November 15, 2013 at Summerfield United Methodist Church in Longview with Reverend Gerald Phillips officiating. Burial will follow in Summerfield Cemetery.
