Milton W. Cabbiness, Jr.
Funeral services for Milton W. Cabbiness, Jr., 44, of Georgetown, will be held at 2 PM Saturday, October 16, 2004, at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Road, with Reverend Lynn Settlemyer and Reverend Emmitt Barrow officiating. Burial will follow in Grace Hill Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Mr. Cabbiness passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2004, in Austin, TX.
He was born June 14, 1960 in
Longview, Texas and had lived in Georgetown the past three years moving there from Austin. He was a teacher and a houseparent. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Georgetown.
He is survived by his wife Carol of Georgetown; Sons: Milton Wayne Cabbiness, III and Sterling Pryce Cabbiness, both of Georgetown; Parents: Milton and Bonnie Cabbiness, Sr. of Longview; Sister: Marla Cabbiness of Longview; Special niece: Staci Cabbiness of Austin; Grandmother: Thelma Britton of Gary, TX and several aunts and one uncle.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 15, from 6PM to 8PM.
Memorials may be made to the Elaine Hoppock Theatre Scholarship, C/O NTCC Foundation, Northeast Texas Community College, P. O. Box 1307, Mt. Pleasant, TX 75456-1307.
