Mildred Mae Tillery
Services for Mildred Mae Tillery will be held in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Longview, TX at 1 pm Wednesday May 26, 2010. Mildred Tillery was born December 21, 1921 in San Antonio, TX and passed away peacefully at her home May 22, 2010. She's been a long time resident of Longview and member of Oakland Heights Baptist Church.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Frances Miculka, husband Delbert R. Tillery, son, Gary Alan Tillery, daughter, Donna Jean McDonald, and sister, Margie Miculka.
She leaves behind a daughter, Darla Vigil, three grandchildren, Teresa McDonald of Ft. Worth, TX, Curtis Alan Puckett and his wife Lynette of Hallsville, TX, Kristin Amanda Eastwood and her husband Eli of Henderson, TX. Seven great grandchildren, Porschee' Puckett and Gage Puckett of Longview, Tyler Edney of Kilgore, Kyla Henderson of Henderson, TX, Riley Hailey of Longview, Bo Creech of Hallsville, and Holly Puckett of Hallsville. Mildred also had the great pleasure of welcoming a great great granddaughter in February, Lilly- Mae Irene Carrol of Longview.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
The family has requested in Lieu of flowers, donations be made to Oakland Heights Baptist Church Library, 1607 Judson Rd., Longview, TX 75601 or Hearts Way Hospice of Northeast Texas, 1306 Pine Tree Rd., Longview, TX 75604.
