Michelle Jenee Wilson's Obituary
Michelle Jeneé Wilson passed away peacefully on Jan 6th, 2026, surrounded by family, friends, and her best friend and cat, Socks. Michelle attended Atlanta Primary School in 2015. Her bright and bubbly personality befriended everyone, and she never met a stranger. During her first year in school, she suffered significant injuries in a motor vehicle accident which claimed the lives of her great grandparents. In the ten years since the accident, Michelle was cared for by her grandmother, Wanda, and her nurses, who endeavored to give her a joyful and fulfilling life. She enjoyed drive thru safaris and the zoo. Michelle was fond of visiting aquariums in every new city she explored, and she loved fireworks during the summer.
Michelle is preceded in death by her great grandparents Marvin and Janet Hodges, her mother Crystal “Misty” Wilkinson, and her great uncle Dawson Johnson.
Michelle is survived by her grandmother and caregiver Wanda Hodges; her father Rayburn Dean Wilson Jr; her siblings Daniel Wilkinson, Cheriy Fay Hathorn, Anthony Michael Wilson, and Zoie Elizabeth Nicole Wilson; her aunts Cassandra Lee Ford and Raylene Jeneé Wilson; her uncle Rodrick Ford; her great aunt Jennifer Hodges and great uncle Brian Hodges.
