Michael Leon Humphrey's Obituary
Michael Leon Humphrey from Longview Texas passed away the evening of June 15, 2014 to go home to be with Jesus. He was born in Pax, West Virginia to Sydney K. Humphrey and Eva McDowell on May 20, 1932. Visitation service will be on Friday, June 20 from 6-8PM at Rader Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held the following day beginning at 2pm in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home. Michael Humphrey will be laid to rest beside his wife, Eva Mae Humphrey, in Gum Springs Cemetery following the service.
Michael was preceded in death by his loving wife, Eva Mae Humphrey; parents, Sydney and Eva; 2 brothers, Gene and Ted; and 1 sister, Juanita.
Those left to cherish Michael’s memory include his son, Michael Kevin Humphrey, who still resides in his father’s home; daughter, Brenda Elaine Humphrey-McMahen; brothers, Bennie, Homer and Terry; grandchildren, Alan Owens, Nikki Humphrey and Kevin Joseph Humphrey; and two great-grandchildren.
