Michael Felker's Obituary
Services for Michael 'Mike' Eugene Felker, 54 of Longview Texas, will be held at the Calvary Baptist Church Monday, August 20th at 10am for the viewing and the funeral service to follow at 12 pm with Pastor Richard Jones officiating.
Mr. Felker was born on November 23, 1957, in Lancaster PA, to Robert and Barbara Felker, and was the first of three children. He served four years in the U.S. Air Force in 1979 as a Sergant and recieved a good conduct metal and longevity award. He was married to his wife, Katrina Felker of 17 years after working together at Lowe's and is remembered for his love of spending time with his children and enjoyed watching them play sports. He enjoyed spending time at church with his church family. If ever asked how he was doing, his response would most likely be "just another day in paradise".
He is survived by his wife, Katrina Felker, of Longview; daughters, Crystal Smith and her husband, Nathan, of Arkansas, Hannah Felker, of Vancouver Washington, and Shayna Felker, of Longview; sons, Jordan Felker of Houston Texas, Seth and Keegan Felker, of Longview; brother Doug Felker of Litiz Pennsylvania; sister Kathleen Schott and her husband Bob, of Litiz PA.
Pallbearers will be Jordan Eugene Felker, Nathan Smith, Toby Greene, Jody Gooch, Joseph McCollum, and Heath McCollum.
