Maxine Arlette Curtis
Maxine Arlette ?Bunnie? Curtis, 89, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2006 in Ft. Worth. She was born July 21, 1916 in Missoula, Montana to Dorothy Baker Brown and Bert Vincent Brown. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 2, in the Rosewood Park Mausoleum Chapel with entombment to follow.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Curtis was a former secretary and bookkeeper. She had been a resident of Longview since 1936, and was a member of the Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Barbara Anne Avery. Survivors include her grandson, Bill Avery and his wife Kimberly of Ft. Worth, and granddaughter, Michelle Bethard and her husband Jeff of Longview; and 3 great grandchildren, Will Avery and Raegan and James Bethard.
