Maudie Owens' Obituary
Maudie Owens 82 of Longview went to be with Jesus on Sunday February 17, 2013.
Services were held at Rader Funeral Home in Longview on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 2 pm with a time of visitation that started at 1 pm the day of the service. Pastor Tim Lindsay of Valley View Baptist Church in Longview officiated.
Maudie was born August 14, 1930, a native of Hallsville, Texas however she lived most of her adult life in Longview, Texas.
She was a member of Valley View Baptist Church where she was active on several committees.
Maudie is survived by her loving husband of 62 years Arthur Owens, daughters Charlotte Kilgore and her husband Terry of Mississippi, Becky Perkins and her husband Danny of Longview, granddaughters Suzanne Kilgore and Teri Rodriguez of Mississippi. Sisters Nellie Jackson of Hallsville, Tx, and Norma Andrews of Shelbyville, Tx and a host of special nieces and nephews and loving family members that needs you in their christian lives.
